I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Orders in draft:
(i) Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income) (Isle of Man) Order 2022, and
(ii) Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income) (Guernsey) Order 2022,
copies of which have been laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 24th June, 2022, be referred to the Select Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform, and Taoiseach, in accordance with Standing Order 95(1)(a), which, not later than 5th July, 2022, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 101, and Standing Order 100(2) shall accordingly apply.
