Report of the Joint Committee on Assisted Dying: Motion (Resumed)

The following motion was moved by Deputy Gino Kenny on Thursday, 17 October 2024:
That Dáil Éireann shall take note of the Report of the Joint Committee on Assisted Dying entitled "Final Report of the Joint Committee on Assisted Dying", copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 21st March, 2024.

I must now deal with a postponed division relating to the motion regarding the report of the Joint Committee on Assisted Dying. On Thursday, 17 October 2024, on the question "That the motion be agreed to", a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 80(2), that division will be taken now.
