There are no apparent subsidiarity concerns with this proposal. It is proposed, however, that these proposals warrant further scrutiny by way of committee and that it be kept regularly and promptly informed by the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine of any developments concerning this proposal. It is proposed that there are no subsidiarity concerns with this proposal.
