I seem to recall that when we reverted to private session at the meeting in question, the Chairman gave an undertaking that when we entered public session at this meeting he would indicate some kind of apology to or commentary in respect of Deputy Burke.
That is not my recollection. If the Deputy wishes to discuss the matter in private session, we can do so.
I do wish to discuss it.
We will go into private session.
The joint committee went into private session at 10.05 a.m. and resumed in public session at 10.15 a.m.
