As we have a quorum I call the meeting to order. No apologies have been received. At the request of the broadcasting and recording services members are requested to ensure for the duration of the meeting that their mobile telephones are turned off completely or switched to aeroplane safe or flight mode but they may use the Wi-Fi.
In accordance with the standard procedures agreed by the Committee on Procedure and Privileges for paperless committees, all documentation has been circulated to Members in the document database.
