There is one proposal in schedule A which is COM (2014) 397. This is a proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council amending directives 2008/98/EC on waste, 94/62/EC on packaging and packaging waste, 1993/31/EC on the landfill of waste, 2000/53/EC on end-of-life vehicles, 2006/66/EC on batteries, waste batteries and accumulators, and 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment. There are six proposals on schedule B. The first is COM (2013) 943, a proposal for a Council regulation laying down maximum permitted levels of radioactive contamination of food and feed following a nuclear accident or any other case of radiological emergency. COM (2014) 226 is a proposal for a Council decision determining the composition of the Committee of the Regions. It is proposed that this proposal does not warrant further scrutiny. Is this agreed? Agreed.
COM (2014) 290 relates to the conclusion on behalf of the European Union of the agreement between the European Union and its member states and Iceland concerning Iceland's participation in the joint fulfilment of commitments of the European Union, its member states and Iceland in the second commitment period of the Kyoto Protocol to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. It is proposed that this proposal does not warrant further scrutiny. Is this agreed? Agreed.
