Before we go to the main business of our meeting, I wish to deal with the committee's decisions on scrutiny of EU proposals for the public record. The committee has agreed that EU proposals COM (2018) 339 and COM (2018) 354 warrant further scrutiny. The committee has also agreed that EU proposals COM (2018) 338 and COM (2018) 498 do not warrant further scrutiny. Full details will be published on the committee's website.
