It need not delay today's meeting, but an update and report on the matters we discussed at the meeting to which the minutes refer, particularly regarding civilians in the Iraqi conflict, would help us.

Perhaps we might push it on.
——not only to the current 15 countries in the European Union, but to all 25 countries that will be members next year. We decided that towards the end of the last meeting. We also sent it to the United States Congress House Committee on Foreign Affairs.
