At the request of the broadcasting and recording services, members are asked to ensure that for the duration of the meeting their mobile phones are turned off completely or switched to airplane, safe or flight mode, depending on the device used. It is not sufficient for them to leave their phones in silent mode, as the level of interference with the broadcasting system will be maintained.
In accordance with standard procedures agreed to by the Committee on Procedure and Privileges for paperless committees, all documentation for the meeting has been circulated to members on the document database.
