At the request of the broadcast and recording services, members are requested to ensure that for the duration of the meeting, their mobile phones are turned off completely or switched to airplane, safe or flight mode, depending on the device. It is not sufficient for members to put their phones in silent mode as this maintains the level of interference with the broadcasting system. Before going into private session, I should say that our junior clerk, Ms Nuala O'Hanlon, is retiring shortly. She has been in the Houses for 28 years. On behalf of the committee I wish her well in her retirement and thank her for her service. I wish her well on her travels as I know she has a few plans for the time ahead.
