There are three schedule B proposals for decision today. COM (2015) 469 is a proposal for a Council decision establishing the position to be taken by the European Union within the ministerial conference of the World Trade Organisation, WTO, on the accession of the Republic of Liberia to the WTO. COM (2015) 567 is a proposal for a Council regulation to amend EU Regulation No. 1388/2013 opening and providing for the management of autonomous tariff quotas of the Union for certain agricultural and industrial products. EWN (2015) C355-06 is a notice of initiation of an expiry review of the anti-dumping measures applicable to imports of certain aluminium wheels originating in the People’s Republic of China. EWN (2015) C355-07 is a notice of initiation of an expiry review of the anti-dumping measures applicable to imports of sodium gluconate originating in the People's Republic of China. It is proposed that the proposals do not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
