Messages to Dáil and Seanad.

Is the committee agreed there should be no further debate on the motion? Agreed.

In accordance with Standing Order 85, the following message will be sent to the Dáil:

The Joint Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights has completed its consideration of the motion, "That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the exercise by the State of the options and the five actions referred to in the motions from Dáil and Seanad Éireann."

In accordance with Standing Order 67 the following message will be sent to the Seanad:

The Joint Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights has completed its consideration of the motion, "That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the exercise by the State of the options and the five actions referred to in the motions from Dáil and Seanad Éireann."

The list is in the draft report before the committee today. Is that draft report agreed? Agreed. I thank the Minister of State, Deputy O'Dea, and his officials and I apologise for the delay in starting the meeting.

The joint committee went into private session at 5.18 p.m. and adjourned at 5.20 p.m. sine die.
