(Limerick East): The object of the provision is to ensure that if an innocent creditor relied on an act of bankruptcy which was the result of collusion between the debtor and another creditor (who could not use it to adjudicate the debtor), the fact that the act of bankruptcy was the result of such collusion will not invalidate the adjudication. Similarly, if the debtor concurred in the presentation of the petition beforehand, then this form of collusion would not affect either the petition or the adjudication.
