We have a quorum. We have apologies from Senator Alexis FitzGerald and from Deputy O. J. Flanagan, who are unable to be present. The minutes of the last meeting have been circulated and if Members are satisfied with them I will sign them.

A couple of matters arise out of the minutes but I propose to postpone consideration of them because Senator Mulcahy has to go to the Seanad and we were just beginning to deal with his draft report on the shipbuilding industry on the last occasion.
