Apparently it was the accountants who raised the implementation of the Second Directive concerning the Formation of Public Companies and the maintenance and alteration of their capital. I am not as au fait with this as I should be. Was there general agreement in Sub-Committee on this draft report as well? Apparently so. This is seeking amendments to Irish company law and is a very technical draft report but there did not seem to be disagreement in the Sub-Committee. Would any Member like to comment on that?
