Senator Alexis FitzGerald is held up in the Seanad. His first draft was discussed in considerable detail at the last meeting of the Joint Committee when it was deferred for further consideration by the Sub-Committee on Statutory Instruments and Legal Affairs. The Member who was anxious to have it referred back got all the opportunities we normally afford people to amend it and it has not been amended. I take it that the normal thing would be to adopt the report if there is no objection.
