There is one final thing that I think we should record and that is the response of the Minister for Health to the part of our 88th Report dealing with two statutory instruments on general nursing qualifications and dental qualifications where we asked for an undertaking, in lieu of receipt of which we recommended that the regulations be annulled. I would just like to say that the Department have written giving the undertaking and we are happy with this co-operative attitude.
