Scrutiny of EU Legislative Proposals

I turn now to matters of EU scrutiny, which the committee agreed at its meeting last week. In regard to schedule A and COM (2018) 567, it is proposed there are no subsidiarity concerns with this proposal. It is proposed this proposal does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.

On COM (2018) 568, it is proposed there are no subsidiarity concerns with this proposal. Is that proposal agreed? Agreed. It is also proposed that this proposal warrants further scrutiny. It is proposed that the committee invites officials from the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport to appear before it to further discuss this proposal. Is that agreed? Agreed.

In regard to schedule B and COM (2018) 532, 624 and 642, it is proposed that proposals listed as schedule B warrant no further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
