SEANAD RESUMES. - LOCAL GOVERNMENT (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) BILL, 1923.

I do not know whether the Seanad would now wish to take the Report Stage of the Local Government (Temporary Provisions) Bill, 1923. The Bill was fully discussed in Committee, and probably we could take the Report Stage now. If there is any objection I will not press it. There are no amendments to it.

The Seanad agreed to take the Report Stage of the Bill.

Question put: "That the Local Government (Temporary Provisions) Bill, 1923, be considered on Report."

Agreed.

Question put: "That the Local Government (Temporary Provisions) Bill, 1923, be reported for final consideration."

Agreed.

Question put: "That the Local Government (Temporary Provisions) Bill, 1923, be now passed."
