Vol. 2 No. 4

COUNTY COURTS (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1923.

AN CATHAOIRLEACH

The motion is: "That this Bill be now read a second time." The Minister for Home Affairs is present and he will answer any questions that may be put by Senators desirous of information. I may say that the measure is purely non-contentious. It was passed without question or amendment in the Dáil, and it is to deal with certain conditions which make it essential that it should be passed at once.

Motion made and question put: "That the Bill be read a second time."

Agreed.

I move the suspension of Standing Orders in order to take the Bill through all its stages.

I beg to second.

Question put and agreed to.
The Bill was put through the remaining Stages and passed.
