LOCAL GOVERNMENT ELECTORS REGISTRATION BILL, 1923—FOURTH STAGE.

Question: "That the Bill be received for final consideration"— put and agreed to.

If it is the desire of the Seanad to take the final stages of this Bill it would be necessary to suspend the Standing Orders.

FIFTH STAGE.

I move that we suspend the Standing Orders in order to take the final stage.
