PRIVATE BUSINESS.

Report of the Joint Committee on Standing Orders (Private Business), dated the 3rd April, 1924, that no notice of appeal from the Report of the Examiner of Private Bills in the case of the Dublin Electricity Supply Bill, 1924, has been received within the prescribed time, and that the said Dublin Electricity Supply Bill, 1924, is accordingly deemed to have been read a first time in the Seanad.
Report of the Joint Committee on Standing Orders (Private Business), dated the 3rd April, 1924, that no notice of appeal from the report of the Examiner of Private Bills in the case of the Sligo Lighting and Electric Power Bill, 1924, has been received within the prescribed time, and that the said Sligo Lighting and Electric Power Bill, 1924, is accordingly deemed to have been read a first time in the Seanad.
Report of the Joint Committee on Standing Orders (Private Business), dated the 10th April, 1924, that the appeal of Senator Sir John Purser Griffith and others against the decision of the Examiner of Private Bills that the Standing Orders have been complied with in the case of the East Leinster Electricity Supply Bill, 1924, has been disallowed by them on the said 10th April, 1924, and that the said East Leinster Electricity Supply Bill, 1924, is accordingly deemed to have been read a first time in the Seanad.

No action is required in reference to these Reports.
