PRIVATE BILLS.

AN CATHAOIRLEACH

I have received a report from the Examiner of Private Bills to the effect that in the case of the following Bills the Standing Orders have been compiled with: Apothecaries' Hall, Dublin; the Dublin and District Electricity Supply, and the Dundalk Harbour and Port.

I formerly move, sir, that these Bills be taken.

Question put and agreed to.

AN CATHAOIRLEACH

I have also received a report to the effect that the Standing Orders in connection with the Dublin United Tramways Bill, 1924, have not been complied with.

I beg to move: "That the Dublin United Tramways Bill, 1924, be referred to the Joint Committee."

Question put and agreed to.
