Before we resume the debate on the Finance Bill I think we might take the final stage of the Gárda Síochána Bill. It has been discussed in Committee and on Report, and it is down now for Fifth Stage, and I imagine the House will be agreeable to let it go through now. There is some urgency, I understand, about the Bill.
