As there are a good many Senators present now, I desire to mention for their information that I have written out a form of nomination paper for casual vacancies which may arise in the Seanad. I am getting the form printed, and copies of it will be available after to-morrow for Senators who may wish to use it. I want Senators to understand that they are not obliged to use it. Any other form that complies with the Standing Orders will be equally good, but I thought it might be of some assistance to Senators if they had a printed form here which would be available at any time they wished to apply for it.
