Vol. 4 No. 12

THE ADJOURNMENT.

AN CATHAOIRLEACH

I do not know what the wishes of Senators may be with regard to the continuance of this discussion. I think it is quite plain that we cannot dispose of this Bill tonight, but it is also obvious that we could dispose of it if we sit to-morrow. If we sit to-morrow, at what hour shall we meet? When we sit on Friday, we usually meet at 11.30 a.m. I may mention that the Minister for Finance is prepared to attend to-morrow and to continue the discussion raised some weeks ago by Senator Sir John Keane on public accountancy. That, I presume, would be at the conclusion of the Report Stage of this Bill.

I move:—"That the House do now adjourn to 11.30 a.m., to-morrow, Friday."

Question put and agreed to.
The Seanad adjourned at 6.30 p.m.
