I beg to move:—"That in view of the fact that the Commission on Local Administration in Dublin City and County has not finished its investigations, the Second Reading of the Dun Laoghaire, Blackrock, and Dalkey Corporation Bill, 1924, be further postponed until Wednesday, 16th December, 1925, or, if the Seanad be not sitting on that day, the next day thereafter on which the Seanad shall so sit."
