Vol. 5 No. 16

SEANAD IN COMMITTEE. - THE ADJOURNMENT.

AN CATHAOIRLEACH

That disposes of our business. As we are adjourning to-day, I should say that under ordinary conditions it would not be necessary for me to convene the Seanad again before November. But there is always power under the Standing Orders in the Chairman to convene a meeting if he considers that a position of urgency arises. You may leave it in my hands, and unless something urgent arises, which I hope may not, we will not have the pleasure of meeting again before November.

The Seanad adjourned at 12.15 p.m.
