CORONERS (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1926—FIRST STAGE.

In pursuance of the leave which the Seanad has given, I beg formally to ask leave to introduce the Coroners (Amendment) Bill, 1926. I may say that I have the concurrence of my co-Senators, Senators Jackson and Kenny, who have promised to put their names on the back of the Bill along with my own.

Question—"That leave be given for the introduction of the Coroners (Amendment) Bill, 1926"—put and agreed to.
