Under our Standing Orders, this Bill will have to stand over for a day to be fixed by me. I am anxious to consult the convenience of Senators who may be interested in the Bill, and if there is no objection from any quarter of the House, I suggest that it be put down for Second Reading on this day fortnight. Senators will understand that it must be discussed on that day.
