I take it the Seanad will agree with the following Message which has been received from the Dáil:—
"Go mbunuítear Có-Choiste a bheidh có-dhéanta de thriúr ball den Dáil agus de thriúr ball den tSeanad chun congnamh agus comhairle do thabhairt don Cheann Comhairle agus don Chathaoirleach i dtreora agus i stiúra Leabharlann an Oireachtais."
"That a Joint Committee consisting of three members of the Dáil and three members of the Seanad be set up to assist and advise the Ceann Comhairle and the Cathaoirleach in the direction and control of the Oireachtas Library."
