PUBLIC BUSINESS. - ARTERIAL DRAINAGE (MINOR SCHEMES) BILL, 1928—FIFTH STAGE.

I move:—

That the Standing Orders be suspended for the purpose of enabling the Fifth Stage of the Arterial Drainage (Minor Schemes) Bill, 1928, to be taken to-day.

This Bill has been held up here for a fairly long time, and I think it was agreed on the last occasion that no further delay would take place.
