Vol. 10 No. 23

PRIVATE BUSINESS. - ERASMUS SMITH SCHOOLS BILL.

I move the Second Reading of the Governors of the Schools founded by Erasmus Smith, Esquire, power to alter the Charters Bill, 1928. It is:—

A Bill entitled an Act to enable the Commissioners of Charitable Donations and Bequests for Ireland to alter the Charters and Statute regulating the application of the endowments belonging to the Governors of the Schools founded by Erasmus Smith, Esquire.

I object.

CATHAOIRLEACH

The Bill, then, automatically stands over.
