I move:—

"That in view of the fact that the Report of the Commission on Local Administration in Dublin City and County is still under consideration, the Second Reading of the Dún Laoghaire, Blackrock, Dalkey Corporation Bill, 1924, be adjourned until Wednesday, the 4th day of December, 1929, or, if the Seanad be not sitting on that day, the next day thereafter on which the Seanad shall sit."
