Senator Barrington has handed in a notice of motion in connection with this Bill, which, I understand, it is necessary should be passed at as early a date as possible to give the Limerick authorities an opportunity of making a start on the works to be constructed between the railway and the pier. The Senator's notice of motion proposes the suspension of Standing Orders to enable the Fifth Stage of this Bill to be taken to-day.
