Vol. 14 No. 37

Customs Duties (Provisional Imposition) Bill, 1931—Committee and Final Stages.

Cathaoirleach

An amendment has been circulated in the name of Senator Douglas. Does the Senator propose to submit that now to the Seanad?

In view of what the Minister has stated, I do not think that there is any use in moving the amendment. It is clear that even if it were accepted it would not be used.

Bill passed through Committee without amendment and reported.
Question—"That the Bill be received for final consideration"— agreed to.
Fifth Stage ordered for to-day.
Question—"That the Bill do now pass"—agreed to.
