Private Business. - Cork Harbour Bill, 1927—Message from Dáil.

The following Message has been received from the Dáil:—

Tá Dáil Eireann tar éis Rúin do rith ag aontú leis an Seanad ina Rún i dtaobh Bhille Chuan Chorcaighe, 1927, a cuireadh in úil don Dáil an 15º Meitheamh, 1932.

Dáil Eireann has passed a Resolution concurring with the Seanad in their Resolution in regard to the Cork Harbour Bill, 1927, communicated to the Dáil on the 15th June, 1932.

Leas-Chathaoirleach

I move:—

(1) That the promoters of the Cork Harbour Bill, 1927, which lapsed by reason of the dissolution of the Oireachtas on the 29th January, 1932, have leave to proceed in the present Session with a Bill identical in all respects with the Bill which lapsed.

(2) That notice of the intention to proceed with such Bill shall be given by the promoters in the Private Bill Office, accompanied by a copy of the Bill together with a certificate signed by the Agent annexed thereto stating that the Bill is identical in all respects with the Bill which lapsed.

(3) That on the day on which the Seanad shall next sit subsequent to such notice of intention having been given the Principal Clerk of the Private Bill Office shall lay upon the Table of the Seanad a copy of such Bill.

(4) That upon the Bill being laid upon the Table of the Seanad the Bill shall be deemed to be read the

First Time and to be ordered for Second Stage.

(5) That Petitions against the Cork Harbour Bill, 1927 presented prior to the said Bill having lapsed shall be Petitions against the Bill so laid upon the Table of the Seanad.

(6) That no fees shall be charged in respect of any stage of the Bill so laid upon the Table of the Seanad where fees were already paid in respect of the similar stage in the case of the Cork Harbour Bill, 1927.
