Public Business. - Constitution (Removal of Oath) Bill, 1932. (Message from the Dáil) (dated 1st March, 1933).

The following Message has been received from the Dáil:—

Tá Dáil Eireann tar éis an Rún seo leanas do rith an lá so:—

Deintear leis seo a bheartú le rún, fé Airtiogal 38A den Bhunreacht, an Bille Bunreachta (Móid do Chur ar Ceal), 1932 do chur go dtí Seanad Eireann arís sa bhfuirm inar cuíreadh go dtí Seanad Eireann den chéad uair é ach an t-atharú so leanas do bheith air, atharú atá riachtanach mar gheall ar an méid aimsire d'imigh ó cuireadh go dtí Seanad Eireann den chéad uair é, sé sin le rá, na figiúirí "1933" do chur in alt 4 in ionad na bhfigiúirí "1932."

Tá an Bille, le n-ar mian go n-aontódh Seanad Eireann, á chur ina theanta so agus deimhniú an Chinn Chomhairle fé Airtiogal 38A den Bhunreacht scríbhte air.

Dáil Eireann has this day passed the following Resolution:—

It is hereby resolved, under Article 38A of the Constitution, that the Constitution (Removal of Oath Bill, 1932 be again sent to Seanad Eireann in the form in which it was first so sent with the following modification, which is necessary owing to the lapse of time since it was first so sent, that is to say, the substitution in Section 4 of the figures "1933" for the figures "1932."

The Bill, to which the agreement of Seanad Eireann is desired, is sent herewith endorsed with the certificate of the Ceann Comhairle under Article 38A of the Constitution.
