Galway Harbour Bill, 1933. - Report of Standing Orders Joint Committee.

The Joint Committee report as follows relative to the Galway Harbour Bill, 1933:—

The Joint Committee on Standing Orders report, that in the case of the application for leave to introduce the Galway Harbour Bill, 1933, they recommend:—

(1) That Standing Orders 4 and 6 ought to be dispensed with.

(2) That Standing Order 9 ought to be dispensed with, subject to the notice prescribed by the said Standing Order being given by the promoters on or before the 13th April, 1933; and subject to proof being given before the Examiner of Private Bills of service of the said notice.

I move:—"That the Report do lie upon the Table."
