On the completion of the First Stage of the Pier and Harbour Provisional Order Confirmation Bill, 1933, this afternoon the Second Stage was fixed for to-morrow. I now understand that it is desirable that there should be a week's interval between the two stages, in order that time may be allowed for any petitions to be presented. I take it that there is no objection to our discharging the order already made and to making a fresh order for the Second Stage to be taken on this day week. Is that agreed?
