Constitution (Amendment No. 25) Bill, 1934.

I ask leave to introduce a Bill entitled an Act so to amend the Constitution as to provide for the submission to a Referendum of the people of amendments made thereto by way of ordinary legislation within the period of 16 years from the date of the coming into operation thereof.

Unless the Bill is opposed I do not propose to make any speech.
