That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Wexford Harbour Improvement Bill, 1935, being a Bill entitled an Act to confer additional powers (including borrowing powers) on the Wexford Harbour Commissioners for the improvement and development of the Harbour of Wexford and the navigation thereof, and to make further and better provision for the management, control and finance of the said harbour and for other purposes.
