Dublin Port and Docks Bill, 1939. - Nominations to Special Committee.

The following report has been received:—

The Joint Committee on Standing Orders relative to Private Business report that they have nominated the following members of Seanad Éireann to serve on the Joint Committee to which the Dublin Port and Docks Bill, 1939, has been referred by both Houses—Senators Seán P. Campbell, Joseph Johnston, David L. Robinson.

Ordered: That the report do lie upon the Table.

The following further announcement is made to the Seanad:—

In pursuance of Standing Order 71 of the Standing Orders of the Dáil and Seanad relative to Private Business, we hereby nominate Deputy Eamonn O'Neill, Leas-Cheann Comhairle of the Dáil, to be Chairman of the Joint Committee to which the Dublin Port and Docks Bill, 1939, has been referred by both Houses.
