I have to announce that Mr. Laurence O'Neill has been nominated by the Taoiseach to be a member of Seanad Eireann to fill the vacancy caused by the death of Mr. Patrick T. Keohane.
Senator O'Neill, who was introduced by Senator Quirke, took his seat.
