In connection with the Order of Business for to-day, it has been represented to me that there is a certain urgency about the Public Hospitals (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill and it has been decided, if the Seanad agrees, to take the Second Stage after item No. 1, so that the Bill could be considered in Committee to-morrow. If there is no objection to that suggestion, arrangements can be made accordingly.
