I have to acquaint the House, with reference to the Resolution passed by the Seanad on the 19th March, 1941, pursuant to subsection (2) of Section 2 of Article 25 of the Constitution, that the Central Fund Bill, 1941, was duly signed pursuant to the Constitution on the 20th March, 1941.
