Seanad Éireann debate -
Wednesday, 9 Dec 1942

Vol. 27 No. 4

Business of Seanad.

In regard to the business to-day, I understand that the Minister for Industry and Commerce will be engaged in the Dáil in connection with questions until almost 4 o'clock. In the circumstances, he has requested that the House be agreeable to take item No. 2—the Censorship Motion—as the first business, interrupting the debate on that motion at 4 o'clock to take the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Bill. That rearrangement will meet the convenience of the Minister, who has other engagements to fulfil this evening. When we conclude the Electricity Supply Bill, the debate on the Censorship Motion will be resumed. If the House is agreeable to that suggestion, we will proceed accordingly.

Agreed.
