Go n-aontaí an Seanad leis an Dáil ina rúin a cuireadh in iúl don tSeanad an 19ú lá de Mheán Fhómhair, 1944, go bhfuil sé oiriúnach Comh-Choiste ar a mbeidh cúigear comhaltaí den Dáil agus cúigear comhaltaí den tSeanad do bhunú chun cúnamh agus comhairle do thabhairt don Cheann Comhairle agus don Chathaoirleach i dtreoradh agus i stiúradh Leabharlainne an Oireachtais.
That the Seanad concur with the Dáil in their resolution communicated to the Seanad the 19th day of September, 1944, that it is expedient that a Joint Committee consisting of five members of the Dáil and five members of the Seanad be set up to assist and advise the Ceann Comhairle and the Cathaoirleach in the direction and control of the Oireachtas Library
