Private Business. - Daniel McGrath Foundation Bill, 1944—Joint Committee.

I move:—

That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Daniel McGrath Foundation Bill, 1944, being a Bill entitled an Act to close, determine and extinguish all rights of way affecting that part of the lands of Dunleckny situated at Muinebeag in the County of Carlow intended to be known as the McGrath Memorial Sports Field.

Question put and agreed to.

Ordered: That a Message be sent to the Dáil acquainting them accordingly.
