Vol. 32 No. 4

Business of Seanad.

Before we resume the discussion on the Local Government Bill, may I inquire whether any arrangement has been arrived at in connection with sittings next week?

It is more or less agreed between the various sections that we should meet on Tuesday next week to avoid the possibility of having to meet in August, so far as it can be avoided. Of course, if we have to meet in August, we will meet in August. It is suggested and more or less agreed that the best thing is to meet on Tuesday next week.

And take what?

The Appropriation Bill.

As first business?

Take finance business generally.
